We are partnering with a global leader in engineered solutions to hire a Country Sales Manager to lead and grow business operations in Saudi Arabia. This senior role is responsible for shaping the sales strategy building strong customer relationships driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate will be a native Arabic speaker with strong technical and commercial expertise in industrial piping solutions oil & gas water and infrastructure sectors.
Sales Strategy & Market Growth
Develop and execute annual sales plans in line with company objectives.
Expand market share across Saudi Arabia and explore new opportunities.
Build a strong understanding of client and market requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
Business Development & Customer Management
Strengthen long-term relationships with existing key accounts.
Identify and develop new accounts across multiple sectors.
Negotiate and secure major projects ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards.
Team Leadership & Performance
Lead motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
Conduct performance appraisals and establish clear KPIs.
Build succession plans and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Financial & Operational Control
Monitor sales performance against budgets and targets.
Ensure timely submission of quotations proposals and tenders.
Collaborate with finance teams to secure timely payments and manage credit exposure.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (mandatory).
Masters degree in Business Administration (preferred).
13-15 years experience in the pipe industry or related industrial sectors.
At least 7 years in senior sales leadership with proven track record.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial/composite pipe solutions.
Deep understanding of market dynamics contracts and customer requirements in KSA.
Fluent in Arabic (mandatory); strong English communication skills.
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven ability to develop high-level customer relationships.
Leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
