Job Summary
Technical Delivery Representative
Our Order Delivery department plays a crucial role in onboarding new customers and managing hardware modifications. As a Technical Delivery Representative you will be an integral part of this team! Youwill ensure the timely delivery of hardware modifications to our customers and will get them through all necessary steps. You are strong in setting up positive lasting business relationships with the internal and external parties involved.
This position is based in our HQ inAmsterdamand Haarlemand you will be reporting to theTeam Manager.
What is the role about
- Responsible for ensuring orders are processed correctly and for maintaining control over the entire delivery process.
- Defines delivery goals priorities and schedules with the aim of exceeding customer expectations.
- Collects and verifies all relevant order information to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Handles issues effectively anticipates potential risks and drives continuous improvements in processes and customer satisfaction related to delivery.
What were looking for:
- Working knowledge ofdeliveringexcellent customer service
- Understanding of SAP and ideally prior experience in IT.
- Work experience in a similar role
- Strong administrative skills and an eye for detail
- Focus on quality process andproblem-solvingis your first nature
- Great verbal and written communication skills in English
