Job Summary
Our client in the retail industry is looking for a QA and Food Safety leader to ensure product quality food safety compliance and operational excellence across stores warehouses and suppliers. The role includes audits team leadership and cross-functional coordination to maintain high-quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA policies procedures and standards for all product categories.
- Lead store supplier and warehouse audits to ensure compliance with hygiene food handling storage and traceability requirements.
- Monitor product quality performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (HACCP ISO GMP).
- Coordinate with Commercial Supply Chain and Operations teams to resolve quality issues.
- Lead and train the QA team to strengthen quality monitoring capabilities.
- Prepare and present quality audit reports with recommendations for continuous improvem
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Food Technology Quality Assurance Food Science or related field.
- Experience in QA preferably in retail supermarket FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP GMP ISO 22000).
- Experience in conducting supplier and warehouse audits.
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
