Job Description
Role: MIS Officer Lucknow
Experience: 2-4 years
Salary: Upto 4- 6 LPA
Position Brief:
The MIS Officer will be responsible for managing and improving the organizations Management Information Systems to ensure accurate data collection analysis reporting and visualization. This role will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design build and maintain dashboards for management reporting using Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Collect clean analyze and transform large datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Create and document process flows identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Develop and implement automation scripts (e.g. Google Apps Script) to streamline workflows.
- Manage databases ensuring the accuracy security and accessibility of information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized reports.
- Present data insights in an easy-to-understand format to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any data or reporting issues.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Education: Graduate degree in a relevant field (IT Computer Science Data Analytics or related discipline).
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in MIS data analytics or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI Tableau) and strong data visualization skills.
- Strong expertise in Google Apps Script and other automation tools.
- A solid understanding of database management and data modeling principles.
- Strong skills in data analysis cleaning and transformation.
- Other Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
