Main Duties:
- Assisting in the preparation of reports data analysis and market research
- Handling incoming customer calls entering orders and assisting customers needs
- Following up with the distribution team on customer orders and delivery status
- Providing administrative and secretarial support including formatting and printing documents organizing workflow and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Relieving Sales Representatives through tele sales when required
- Liaising with the exports and duty-free departments on orders and related paperwork
- Following a daily sales route and contacting customers accordingly
- Performing any other related duties as reasonably required
What skills do you need
- Minimum O/A Level standard of education and/or MCAST certificate in administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate various aspects of sales administration
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams
- Good clerical computing and data entry skills
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
