Nature Of the Account: Travel Outbound Collections

Start Date: 13-Oct

Type of Support: Non-voice

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Quezon City)

Shift Schedule Restdays: Night Shift

Educational Requirement:

Finished at least 2 years in college without back subject/s

Work Experience:

At least 2 years exp as Real Time Analyst in a BPO setup
Any domain
Good communication skills
Skills: Preferrably knowledgeable with PowerBI

Responsibilities:

Real-time Monitoring: Continuously observe agent activity call volumes and queue levels using specialized software.
Staffing Adjustments: Make necessary changes to agent schedules such as altering break times or shifting resources to maintain optimal staffing.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor agent adherence to schedules and performance to identify any deviations or issues that could impact service levels.
Problem Resolution: Identify and address real-time problems like system outages routing issues or unexpected spikes in volume.
