We are looking for Enterprise Account Executives to drive growth with both new and existing enterprise customers across Ireland and this role you will manage complex multi-threaded sales cycles partnering with senior decision-makers and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Hunt and secure new business within a defined territory of enterprise accounts.
Expand relationships and revenue in accounts with existing spend.
Develop and execute tailored account and territory plans to maximize revenue.
Understand customer priorities technology initiatives and business objectives; position solutions that align to those needs.
Apply structured value-based sales frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC) to drive consistent outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including business development customer success marketing product and engineering.
Own and lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through close.
Travel as needed (up to 40%) to build executive relationships and advance opportunities.
7 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience preferably in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Proven track record exceeding $1M annual revenue targets.
Success in closing large six-figure ($200k) deals.
Experience selling to C-Suite executives technology leaders and talent/HR decision-makers.
Strong hunter mentality with a history of securing new logos and building robust pipelines.
Proficiency in MEDDPICC or a similar value-based sales methodology.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Prior SaaS / enterprise software experience required; workforce development or edtech background is a plus.
