About the Role

Were seeking experienced Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business and expand relationships with existing high-potential customers. This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in complex consultative sales cycles and are relentless about delivering outcomes for customers. If you are insatiably curious creative in your prospecting approach and motivated to win this is the opportunity to accelerate both your customers success and your career growth.

What Youll Do

  • Hunt and secure new business within a defined territory of white space accounts and accounts with existing spend.

  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans that maximize revenue potential.

  • Understand your customers business objectives technology priorities and talent initiatives aligning solutions to address their most pressing needs.

  • Apply a structured value-based sales framework to consistently drive successful outcomes.

  • Partner cross-functionally with business development customer success marketing product and solution engineering teams.

  • Own and lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through close often involving multi-threaded buying committees.

  • Travel as needed to build relationships and advance sales opportunities.

What Youll Bring

  • 7 years of relevant sales experience preferably selling complex SaaS solutions into large enterprises.

  • Proven track record of overachieving revenue targets of $1M annually.

  • Demonstrated success closing six-figure ($200k) deals in multi-stakeholder strategic sales cycles.

  • Experience selling to senior executives including C-Suite technology leaders and talent decision-makers.

  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for business development pipeline creation and securing new logos.

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar value-based selling methodology.

  • Prior SaaS or enterprise software experience required; experience in workforce development or edtech is a plus.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and engage executive-level stakeholders.

Work Location & Travel

  • This is a hybrid position. Candidates located within commuting distance of Westlake/Dallas TX should expect a hybrid schedule (on-site TuesdayThursday remote Monday and Friday).

  • Travel may vary by territory up to 30% depending on business needs.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7 years enterprise SaaS sales experience.
