Job Description

Position: Multilingual Customer Support Representative
Location: Athens Greece
Employment Type: Full-time On-site
Remuneration: Base salary performance bonuses

Languages Required: Applicants must be fluent in one of the following languages:
Czech Danish Dutch Finnish French German Italian Norwegian Portuguese Spanish Swedish.

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our clients Customer Support team in this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing assistance resolving inquiries and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email or chat.

  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customers effectively.

  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.

  • Ensure that all customer interactions are recorded in the system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one of the listed languages (Czech Danish Dutch Finnish French German Italian Norwegian Portuguese Spanish Swedish).

  • Good command of English (B2 level or above).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work on-site in Athens Greece.

  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
