Job Summary

Responsibilities: Need Windows/Mac/iPad experience.

  • Walk-up queue ticket management.
  • Managing inventory of computer equipment and peripherals used at the Walk-Up Desk.
  • Windows and MacBook troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot reset and prepare iPads for redeployment.
  • Loaner equipment deployment.
  • Laptop and Desktop warranty calls.
  • Answer users IT questions.
  • Deliver friendly excellent customer service.
  • Assist with other related tasks where needed.

Mandatory Skills:

  1. Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting.
  1. Windows 10/11 and Mac operating systems and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  1. iPad troubleshooting
  1. Knowledge of asset management.
