Responsibilities: Need Windows/Mac/iPad experience.
- Walk-up queue ticket management.
- Managing inventory of computer equipment and peripherals used at the Walk-Up Desk.
- Windows and MacBook troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot reset and prepare iPads for redeployment.
- Loaner equipment deployment.
- Laptop and Desktop warranty calls.
- Answer users IT questions.
- Deliver friendly excellent customer service.
- Assist with other related tasks where needed.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting.
- Windows 10/11 and Mac operating systems and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- iPad troubleshooting
- Knowledge of asset management.
