What You Will Do:
Major/Key Accountabilities
Directs site and regional efforts to achieve a safe work environment for all employees: Zero Harm
Manage short term / long term strategies for the Service Centres ensuring cost initiatives are delivered budgets are met and conditioning capacity growth is planned in line with customer demand
Ensure adherence to conditioning plans at Service Centres on weekly & monthly basis monitor Plant stocks and maximize utilisation of plant capacity to ensure customer demand is met
Manages the performance for all sites within the scope and executes all strategies to drive efficiency
Accountable for site budget and financial performance
Drive LEAN culture and oversees implementation of procedures and systems to improve quality service and efficiency within the network.
Ensure the completion of the Quality In Transit and Operations Excellence audit processes within the team and the regional 3PL Network.
Investigate and facilitate corrective action based on quality or service incidents within the regional network failures.
Leads and mentors front line leaders to create a strong succession plan
What You Will Bring:
Experience
7-10 years of manufacturing warehouse or distribution experience with proven management capacity.
Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain management role
Practical experience in a FMCG environment an asset
Project Management experience is essential
Skills and Knowledge
Working knowledge of Canadian labour laws
Continuous Improvement experience (Lean Six Sigma Safety & Quality Programs)

Responsabilits principales:
Diriger les efforts du site et de la rgion pour atteindre un environnement de travail scuritaire pour tous les employs : Objectif Zro Accident
Grer les stratgies court et long terme pour les centres de service en veillant ce que les initiatives de rduction des cots soient mises en uvre que les budgets soient respects et que la croissance de la capacit de conditionnement soit planifie selon la demande client
Assurer le respect des plans de conditionnement dans les centres de service sur une base hebdomadaire et mensuelle surveiller les stocks de lusine et maximiser lutilisation de la capacit pour rpondre la demande
Grer la performance de tous les sites sous sa responsabilit et mettre en uvre les stratgies pour amliorer lefficacit
Responsable du budget du site et de la performance financire
Promouvoir la culture LEAN et superviser la mise en uvre des procdures et systmes pour amliorer la qualit le service et lefficacit dans le rseau
Assurer la ralisation des audits Qualit En Transit et Excellence Oprationnelle au sein de lquipe et du rseau rgional de 3PL
Enquter et faciliter les actions correctives suite des incidents de qualit ou de service dans le rseau rgional
Encadrer et accompagner les leaders de premire ligne pour tablir un solide plan de relve
Ce que vous apporterez:
Exprience:
7 10 ans dexprience en fabrication entrept ou distribution avec une capacit avre en gestion
Exprience dans un rle de gestion de la fabrication ou de la chane dapprovisionnement
Exprience pratique dans un environnement de biens de consommation courante (FMCG) est un atout
Exprience en gestion de projet essentielle
Comptences et connaissances:
Connaissance des lois du travail canadiennes
Exprience en amlioration continue (Lean Six Sigma programmes de scurit et de qualit)
