Your Mission
- Deliver high-touch personalized travel support to business travelers across the globe
- Assist with both travel-related and technical issues from simple platform questions to urgent last-minute changes
- Stay on top of industry trends and platform features to provide world-class service
- Collaborate closely with global teams across departments to ensure seamless travel experiences
- Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams to enhance platform usability
- Consistently meet and exceed performance targets (KPIs)
What You Bring
- Professional Fluency in English German Italian or French
- Previous experience in customer service preferably in the travel or hospitality sector
- Proficiency in GDS platforms like Sabre Amadeus Galileo or Worldspan (mandatory)
- A passion for delivering high-quality service and hitting performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication capable of crafting clear helpful responses
- A positive team-focused attitude with a love for feedback and collaboration
- Comfortable with tech tools like Gmail Zendesk Slack Salesforce and custom platforms
- Flexibility to work shifts between 07:0022:00 Monday to Sunday (rotating schedule)
