The Role
In this role youll guide lead and manage a team of talented professionals ensuring high performance strong collaboration and a positive team culture. Youll lead with clarity purpose and empathy to ensure the team workload is evenly distributed creating an inclusive supportive environment where everyone thrives.
Working as part of the team youll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs implement strategic recruitment plans and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. Along with the team youll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes from writing compelling job ads to conducting first round interviews and negotiating offer
Youll ensure the team are confident in providing advice clarification and guidance on the ABC Enterprise Agreement (EA) and recruitment policies to ensure consistent application and interpretation of ABCs recruitment processes and adherence to EA requirements providing support and guidance to the team as required.
Position Description:RECRUITMENT
About You
With proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role at a senior or leadership levelyoull have a passion for mentoring coaching and supporting recruitment professionals.
Youll have extensive experience using an e-recruitment system (preferably PageUp) as well as proven success sourcing candidates. Previous experience interpreting an enterprise agreement will be highly regarded.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate is essential to the success of this role as is outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a flexible team-based environment with a hands-on approach and work style.
