Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Testing Services Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in science and exceptional customer service skills. The Testing Services Representative will be responsible for assisting clients with testing inquiries ensuring the accurate processing of samples and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. This is a 3.5 month contract to hire.
Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries related to testing services sample submission and results interpretation.
- Sample Management: Ensure the proper receipt labeling and documentation of samples in accordance with company protocols and regulatory standards.
- Data Coordination: Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure timely and accurate processing of tests and communicate results to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot client concerns resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex matters to appropriate teams as needed.
- Education & Outreach: Provide clients with information about testing processes guidelines and best practices to optimize sample quality and results accuracy.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions testing data and communications to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Offer feedback and insights to improve customer service procedures and testing workflows.
$17 - $22 an hour
