Conduct outbound cold calls to medical practices and pharmacies
Gather and document information on:
Current pharmacy partnerships (specific to GLP peptides)
Prospect pricing details (when available)
Workflow preferences (e.g. in-office medication vs. home shipping)
Maintain detailed notes and records of all call activities and outcomes
Update and manage Excel spreadsheets with lead and call information
Qualify prospects for follow-up meetings and business development opportunities
Track daily and weekly calling activities to ensure full coverage of target lists
Focus exclusively on medical practices and pharmacies interested in or already using GLP peptides
Collect market intelligence around partnerships pricing and distribution models
Provide accurate well-documented data to the business development team
Ensure Excel-based tracking systems remain complete and up to date
Proven cold calling experience in a higher-tier or specialized industry
Strong background in lead generation and prospecting
Excellent note-taking and documentation skills
Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools
Ability to extract detailed information during prospect conversations
Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred
Exceptional communication listening and relationship-building skills
