The Lifetime Engagement Capabilities Squad partners with key stakeholders across Fidelity to define the strategy tactics and technology required to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. The squad is passionate about becoming our customers primary financial partner by delivering integrated experiences content and solutions that are personalized and relevant in the context of their financial lives. Youll work across both digital and live distribution channels and workplace and retail businesses to deliver on this focus. Additionally as a member of the Business Enablement chapter youll receive ongoing skill and career coaching to help you grow personally and professionally.

Fidelitys hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
