Job Summary: As a Regulatory Operations Analyst within the Global Regulatory Operations team you will play a key role in supporting our Payments Business. You will review new and revised regulations assess their impact and ensure compliance in a controlled and standardized manner. Your contributions will drive strategic initiatives and enhance our regulatory operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review new and revised regulations for impact on Payments Business.
- Assess regulatory impact in a controlled and standardized manner.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Payments teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage key stakeholders and lead effective meetings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of complex regulatory requirements.
- Share assessments with key stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to the strategic agenda of the Payments Business.
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
- Support the execution and sustainability of Performance Excellence initiatives.
- Evaluate decisions for impact on customers employees and business.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulatory reporting environment or similar role.
- Understand complex regulatory requirements and share comprehensive assessments.
- Demonstrate passion for regulation and compliance.
