- Lead the development of marketing collateral including digital content sales sheets and presentations.
Digital Transformation:
- Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance customer engagement sales and operational efficiency.
- Leverage data analytics and insights to inform business decisions and optimize digital channels.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement digital solutions including e-commerce platforms CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including social media email and search engine marketing.
- Develop and implement digital metrics and performance monitoring frameworks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends technologies and best practices.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Lead the development and implementation of data analytics capabilities including data warehousing reporting and visualization.
- Use data insights to optimize commercial strategies drive business growth and inform product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure commercial performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends technologies and best practices.
- Ensure data quality integrity and governance across the Commercial team.
