Our client is looking for an HR Manager who is responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that support the overall business objectives. This role oversees all HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management compliance training and organizational development. The HR Manager ensures the company maintains a high-performing engaged and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Management
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings candidate screening interviewing and onboarding.
Manage talent pipelines and succession planning to ensure business continuity.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
Foster a positive work environment and strong employee relations.
Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures.
Manage conflict resolution disciplinary processes and grievance handling.
3. Performance and Development
Implement performance management systems including goal setting evaluations and feedback processes.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
4. HR Policy Compliance and Administration
Develop implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws health and safety regulations and company policies.
Manage HR administration including contracts records and reporting.
5. Compensation and Benefits Management
Oversee payroll benefits administration and reward programs.
Monitor market trends to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in performance management employee relations and talent development.
Strong problem-solving decision-making and organizational abilities.
Skills & Competencies:
Strategic thinking and planning.
Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
