(Senior) HR Technology Consultant

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

As an HR Technology Consultant you will be responsible for advising clients on HR software solutions implementing HR technology and optimizing HR systems to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS HR analytics and digital transformation.

• Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and talent management systems.
• Provide expert advice on HR technology trends automation and best practices.
• Conduct system configuration troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless technology integration.
• Train HR teams and end-users on new systems and functionalities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends tools and technologies.

Qualifications :

PROFILE

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.  

- 3-8 years of experience in HRIS HR consulting or a related role.  

- Proven experience in HR technology consulting HRIS implementation or HR systems management.

- In-depth knowledge of HR software (e.g. Cornerstone Workday AFAS Cegid HR Talentsoft SAP Succesfactors).

- Strong understanding of HR processes compliance and digital transformation strategies.

- Experience in data analytics reporting and dashboard creation.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

- An ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues

- A proactive solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and on assignments but also as part of a team.  

- Fluent in English Dutch and/or French
