Job Description
Production Data & Systems Coordinator - Stikland Bellville - Salary R16 000 to R17 000
We are seeking a detail-driven and highly organised Production Administrator to join our Technical Systems team. This role is critical in supporting production operations through accurate data capturing reporting and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and analyse production data across all departments (scrap shift rosters OEE consumables CNC downtime etc.).
- Compile productivity OEE efficiency and performance reports (daily weekly and monthly).
- Manage Syspro job capturing requisitions non-conformances job closures WIP queries and inventory movements.
- Provide administrative support: meeting agendas minutes stock take sheets and checklists.
- Coordinate CNC and stores functions cycle counts job tracking and transfers.
- Ensure accurate timely reporting and adherence to production processes.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12 (additional certificates/leadership qualifications advantageous).
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a factory/production environment and in a similar role.

Skills: Strong administration reporting and data analysis skills.
- Attributes: Assertive reliable organised and able to work well under pressure.
