REQUIREMENT:
Senior Systems Analyst Enterprise Data Workflow Visualization & Stakeholder Engagement Specialist
Austin Texas (Hybrid)---Locals Only
Need Overall 15Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects are must.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- 13 years of experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams on complex data-driven problems.
- 10 years of experience designing and optimizing data workflows and management processes using modeling/mapping tools.
- 10 years of experience writing Epics and User Stories with acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.
- 8 years of experience creating and maintaining data documentation (data dictionaries BRDs mapping specifications).
- 8 years of experience designing and presenting visual data models and dashboards for performance and trend analysis.
- 8 years of experience leading data-focused meetings interviews and driving resolution of data-related issues.
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree (Preferred) in Data Science Computer Science Information Systems or Business Analytics (or equivalent experience).
- 4 years of Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple data projects or assignments concurrently.
Specific Skills:
- Business Data Analysis (requirements gathering documentation data-driven solutions).
- Data workflows & data management design.
- Epics User Stories and Acceptance Criteria writing.
- Data dictionaries mapping specifications BRDs.
- Visual data modeling & dashboard creation.
- Leadership in workshops requirement sessions and stakeholder interviews.
