Receive information from sales to deploy in-house and public training classes
Contact customers and finalize training schedule
Arrange trainers to conduct training
Prepare materials and logistics for classrooms and trainers
Update the training schedule to the training monitoring system
Invoice and collect tuition fee
Notify training results and send certificates to trainees
Perform other tasks assigned by Managers

Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in English Business Admin or Technical major
At least 1 year working experience as Customer Service/ Admin/ Secretary position or relevant
Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of character
Ability to do multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively
Good command of English (writing and reading)
Having logical thinking and negotiation skills
Good at problem-solving skill and teamwork
