How Youll Make an Impact
As ourAccount Manager youll be at the forefront of client relationships driving the adoption of our innovative AGI financial solutions within the banking sector. Youll manage a portfolio of key banking clients build strong partnerships and proactively identify new business opportunities in the rapidly evolving AGI financial landscape. Youll be a crucial link ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations while collaborating closely with our sales team to drive significant business growth and achieve sales quotas.
What Youll Do
- Forge Strong Partnerships:Serve as the primary contact for banking clients building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
- Innovate with Clients:Collaborate with customers and senior management to develop groundbreaking AI use cases that leverage AGI in financial services.
- Drive Strategic Growth:Design and execute complex sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and maximize revenue.
- Negotiate & Close Deals:Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts.
- Become a Trusted Advisor:Understand client needs deeply positioning AGI solutions as transformative answers.
- Ensure Seamless Delivery:Oversee solution implementation to meet client objectives and timelines.
- Communicate Impact:Provide clear updates on monthly/quarterly initiatives to all stakeholders.
- Expand Business:Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts exceeding sales quotas.
- Analyze & Report:Forecast and track key account metrics providing data-driven insights and status reports.
- Collaborate for Success:Work with sales teams to identify and nurture new growth opportunities.
- Provide Key Support:Assist with high-priority client requests and escalations.
What Were Looking For
We need a seasoned professional who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology:
- Deep Retail Banking Expertise:Extensive experience in retail banking products credit risk management and a proven track record of networking withsenior banking management.
- Executive-Level Influence:Ability tocommunicate present and influencecredibly at all organizational levels including C-suite with a focus on AGI financial solutions.
- Strategic Deal-Making:Demonstrated ability todesign and execute complex deal strategiesand secure high-value contracts.
- Client-Centric Solution Delivery:Skilled at understanding client needs and delivering impactful tailored solutions.
- Technical Proficiency:Solid experience withCRM software and MS Office(especially MS Excel).
- Exceptional Communication:Top-notchlistening negotiation and presentation skills plus excellent verbal and written communication.
- Educational Background:BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Travel Readiness:Willingness to travel to HCMC monthly.
- Nice to Have: Understanding ofAI and Machine Learningconcepts and/ or a history ofwinning contracts especially for AI/ML programs.
