YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP

Our team in Berlin (Germany) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) work hand-in-hand to develop state-of-the-art solutions of the highest quality.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at CODE LEAP youll contribute to both our talent acquisition efforts and day-to-day office experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment coordination HR operations allowing you to build practical skills while supporting a collaborative and fast-paced international team.

YOUR EXCITING TASKS

Recruitment

  • Assist with recruitment activities including posting job requisitions sourcing scheduling interviews co-interviewing and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Aid in the onboarding process as needed.
  • Keep records of applicants data ensuring up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing recruitment data to improve recruitment processes.
  • Help prepare recruitment reports market research and other necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and suggest improvements for the recruitment process.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR recruitment and workplace culture.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable using basic office tools (Google Workspace Microsoft Office etc.).
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (CEFR B2 or IELTS 6.5).
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
Nice to have
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR recruitment or admin support.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools or HR systems is a plus.
  • Experience helping with event planning or internal communications is a bonus.
