Title: Infra Operations Support Analyst

Job Description:
This is a Level 3 (L3) support role focused on managing and maintaining the Unified Communications (UC) collaboration environment. The analyst acts as a technical SME for platforms like Microsoft Teams Skype Mattermost and Symphony handling critical escalations production changes and infrastructure deployments. The role blends application support incident/problem/change management and cross-team collaboration in a high-pressure enterprise setting
Required Skills:
- 2 4 years with Microsoft UC tools (Teams Skype) 3 years with Mattermost and Symphony
- 2 years with PowerShell or Python for automation and diagnostics
- Strong experience with performance monitoring and root cause analysis
- Solid understanding of AD SQL Linux networking and telephony
- Familiarity with incident/change/problem management ideally with ITIL certification
- Excellent verbal/written skills and ability to interface with vendors like Microsoft Cisco Red Hat etc.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
