- 6 months contracts with local authority
- Assist in evaluating supported accommodation providers.
- Monitor and address inquiries and issues from the general inbox.
- Guide residents to suitable internal or external services such as mental health support addiction assistance and benefits advice.
- Schedule and oversee appointments for key workers maintenance and external services.
- Maintain records and manage the Housing Management Systems.

Requirements
- Knowledge of Supported Accommodation and/or Housing Benefit is essential.
- Previous experience in Supported Accommodation is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in IT including MS365 applications like Teams and Outlook.
Requirements: Full-time availability for a year Ability to work 36 hours per week Resilient and able to thrive in challenging situations Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills Comfortable with confrontation and able to deal with difficult situations Availability for out-of-hours meetings and lone working Daily use of a car and a full driving license
