What you will be doing:
Assist in leading and supporting the daily operations of the restaurant bar or in-room dining
Uphold MGallerys commitment to storytelling by delivering refined personalized service
Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure exquisite presentation and quality
Supervise mentor and inspire junior team members fostering a culture of excellence
Anticipate guest needs resolve concerns gracefully and create memorable moments
Ensure compliance with health safety and luxury brand standards
Your experience and skills include:
A service-driven mindset with genuine passion for food beverage and hospitality
Previous experience in a similar leadership role within upscale or boutique hotels is preferred
Strong communication interpersonal and guest-relation skills
Ability to lead by example multitask and thrive under pressure
A flair for elegance detail and storytelling true to the MGallery brand
