Job Description
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and committed Bottling & Packaging Supervisor to join our Bottling and Packaging Team in our Auckland Winery in will be working 34.5 hours per week as the night shift supervisor from Wednesday to Friday 6 PM to 6 AM. This schedule gives you the benefit of four-day weekends every week.
What youll be doing
- Leading the night shift team including managing all people processes
- Ensuring timely production and quality standards are met
- Ensuring achievement of bottling and packaging line performance targets
- Ensuring the machinery and equipment are operating safely and efficiently
- Project work and continuous improvement initiatives across the Bottling & Packaging operation as required
- Shift hours are Wednesday to Friday 6PM to 6AM
What youll bring
- Proven team leadership experience
- Experience supervising in a manufacturing and production environment
- A self-starting attitude with the energy motivation and stamina required to be effective in a dynamic and demanding environment
- The ability to communicate and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a bottling and packing environment is preferred although not essential
