Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our team with a focus on React Native and development. The role will involve 25% leadership responsibilities (guiding junior developers reviewing code collaborating with stakeholders) and 75% hands-on technical development across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers backend developers product owners) to deliver high-quality features.
Provide technical leadership code reviews and best practice guidance to the team.
Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experience across platforms.
Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing applications.
Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends and technologies.
Mandatory Skills:
React Native (mandatory) strong experience in building cross-platform mobile apps.
(mandatory) proficiency in building dynamic web applications.
JavaScript (ES6) solid programming skills with a deep understanding of modern JS concepts.
Good to Have:
Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of REST APIs GraphQL or state management libraries (Redux MobX etc.).
Familiarity with mobile app deployment (App Store / Play Store).
CI/CD exposure for frontend applications.
Experience Required:
3 7 years of hands-on experience in frontend development with React Native & .
Demonstrated experience working on end-to-end projects involving both web and mobile platforms.
Prior experience in a lead/mentor role is an advantage.
