About the Opportunity:
Saratech is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join its growing Marketing Team. The
Marketing Coordinator will work with the Vice President of Marketing on executing marketing
programs and activities to support company sales and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will
understand basic marketing principles and be willing to learn new concepts and software in
order to execute their responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can complement our
Marketing Team in the areas of marketing project management and execution. Our culture is

Salary Range:
55000 - 70000
Qualifications and Experience:
4-year degree in Business Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
1-2 years professional experience desired but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with marketing automation or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Good attention to detail strong proofreading skills and follow-up ability is required
Strong project and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating multiple projects and events including seminars webinars and trade shows
Execution of campaigns from using existing marketing tools and systems
CRM data entry and management
Email marketing testing and reporting
Online branding activities such as website and social media updates
Other Requirements:
Complies with all organizational policies and procedures
Maintains strict confidentiality of all customer and/or employee information to assure
customer and/or employee rights are protected
Adheres to policies regarding notification of absence and PTO requests
Attends all mandatory management and staff meetings
Represents the organization in a respectful and professional manner
Attend and comply with annual health safety training and education requirements
Adheres to dress code appearance is neat and clean

Physical demands:

The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The person in
this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file
cabinets office machinery etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as
a calculator copy machine and computer printer.
