For more details please view School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) is seeking to hire a Research Fellow to work on the design manufacturing team building and industrial promotion of an electrical generating system using the sea wave energy as the power source.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and solution demonstration of wave energy equipment components
Procurement of experimental consumables prototype manufacturing and assembly of wave energy equipment
Liaison and organization of large-scale indoor tests of wave energy equipment
Channel expansion and industry exhibition promotion of wave energy equipment
Job Requirements:
Education qualifications: Doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering
Soft skills: Organization management and project progress control ability channel development and industry exhibition promotion ability
Hard skills: 2 or more language skills design software use and manufacturing processing ability
Solid experience in data-knowledge fusion-driven dynamic modeling of complex structures specializing in uncertainty quantification of nonlinear systems and intelligent model order reduction methods with at least two publications in SCI top-tier journals in relevant fields.
Possess research experience in porous metal high-damping materials and disordered elastic metal interpenetrating phase composites with over 5 SCI Top papers published.
Competencies: Scheme demonstration and organizer management of wave power generation experimental device excellent communication and negotiation skills can implement the contact and arrangement of large-scale experiments can ensure the safety of experimental construction and solve technical problems.
