Xcellink seeks a dynamic and proven leader to drive the expansion of its business in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in growing Data Center Operations services Software Development and Workforce Augmentation. This role involves developing and executing business development strategies leading sales initiatives and expanding the customer base. The candidate will build strategic partnerships enhance market presence and foster strong customer relationships. Collaboration with delivery teams performance management and leadership in team development are key to achieving revenue growth and positioning Xcellink as a market leader

Leadership & Team Development:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Information Technology or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in business development with knowledge primarily in Data Center Operations Software Development and Workforce Augmentation.
- Demonstrated success in expanding business operations within the Southeast Asia region with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that drive growth and align with company objectives.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of market trends competitive landscapes and customer needs within Data Center and software development sectors.
- Excellent communicator exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build maintain and leverage strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.
- Skilled in negotiating deals forming strategic alliances and pursuing joint ventures to drive business expansion.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
