Description

Xcellink seeks a dynamic and proven leader to drive the expansion of its business in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in growing Data Center Operations services Software Development and Workforce Augmentation. This role involves developing and executing business development strategies leading sales initiatives and expanding the customer base. The candidate will build strategic partnerships enhance market presence and foster strong customer relationships. Collaboration with delivery teams performance management and leadership in team development are key to achieving revenue growth and positioning Xcellink as a market leader


Business Development & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including partnerships joint ventures and other strategic alliances regionally.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Lead the sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base and product/ service offerings.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Customer Acquisition Success & Relationship Management:

  • Design and implement customer acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-value clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups feedback collection and addressing any issues promptly.

Market Presence Networking & Relationship Building

  • Increase company visibility and brand presence through targeted marketing promotional activities and proactively attend and represent the company at industry and networking events.
  • Develop and execute brand positioning strategies to differentiate the company from competitors.
  • Expand and leverage the companys network of industry contacts including potential clients partners vendors and influencers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships as a company ambassador to drive growth and align with business objectives.

Collaboration with Delivery Team:

  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure that services are aligned with market needs and customer expectations.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to the delivery team to guide the development of relevant services.
  • Collaborate on the development of new service offerings that address emerging market demands and customer requirements.

Revenue & Performance Management:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on business development and sales activities.
  • Adjust strategies and tactics as needed to meet evolving business goals and market conditions.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture focused on continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to ensure the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.


Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Information Technology or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in business development with knowledge primarily in Data Center Operations Software Development and Workforce Augmentation.

- Demonstrated success in expanding business operations within the Southeast Asia region with a strong network of industry contacts.

- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that drive growth and align with company objectives.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of market trends competitive landscapes and customer needs within Data Center and software development sectors.

- Excellent communicator exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build maintain and leverage strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.

- Skilled in negotiating deals forming strategic alliances and pursuing joint ventures to drive business expansion.

- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.

- Willingness to travel regionally as needed to meet clients attend industry events and drive business initiatives.
