In this high-impact role youll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership driving the development and execution of a cutting-edge Strategic Intelligence function. Youll turn data into foresight insights into strategy and intelligence into competitive advantage. You will help unlock insights across industry processing and growing capacity channel growth opportunities customer prioritisation consumer insights and competition benchmarking.
Your Mission
- Lead the development of a company-wide Strategic Intelligence vision and strategy to anticipate future business needs.
- Transform external market data and competitive signals into actionable insights for executive and commercial decision-making.
- Build and mature our Market & Competitive Intelligence (MI/CI) capabilities into a key strategic asset.
- Foster a data-driven culture embedding intelligence-based decision-making throughout the organization.
- Champion collaboration across Business Units IT and Digital to align intelligence with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a 35-year roadmap for Strategic Intelligence in partnership with ELT and Strategic Innovation leadership.
- Create a high-performance matrixed intelligence network across the business.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and design effective MI/CI solutions.
- Establish partnerships and explore external data sources to enrich business understanding.
- Build strong relationships with global counterparts to share best practices and intelligence frameworks.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to proactively deliver insights to key stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Masters degree (preferred) in analytics data science engineering economics or related field.
- A proven track record in strategic market intelligence business insights or competitive analysis ideally within a leading (A-brand) international organization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex information into strategic opportunities.
- Conceptual understanding of BI systems data warehousing and digital ecosystems.
- High business acumen and curiosity for market dynamics customer behavior and global trends.
- Inspirational team player with hands-on mentality and a passion for innovation and change.
