Our product is Australian grown unique and is exported around the world including the United States Canada Asia the UK and Europe. We have over 200 employees globally with over half located at ourmanufacturing facility in Palmwoods Sunshine Coast Queensland.
Associate Marketing Director Wuhan
Responsibilities (activity)
- Plans directs and coordinates the marketing efforts in support of the Daqiao Products and services.
- Lead portfolio/category marketing strategy development in the context of wider business.
- Make innovation strategy development.
- Develop comprehensive annual brand plans.
- In-depth consumer understanding and consumer insight development.
- Supervises the category media support consumer/trade promotion development.
- Development engagement & management of direct reports; mentoring of others.
Requirement For The Position
- More than 10 years of brand marketing experience preferred from FMCG company.
- Managed a brand or 1-2 categories independently.
- Strong leadership and follow up skills
- Strong thinking and problem-solving skills
- Very solid in Marketing fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong coaching and people development skills
