Do you want to join a global leader in customer experience and provide top-tier service to renowned international brands Our client is looking for Swedish-speaking ARC Support Specialists to join their team in sunny Portugal!

Support online customers from order to delivery solve complex queries and ensure top service standards. Relocation assistance includes 14 months of company-provided accommodation in fully equipped apartments.

What will you do

  • Provide support for customer online orders across the entire journey including delivery returns payments and refunds

  • Handle sensitive customer and client information in accordance with PCI and GDPR policies

  • Liaise with customers carriers couriers financial institutions other CSRs and internal departments

  • Maintain the highest customer service standards

  • Recognize analyze and escalate complex problems using the Knowledge Base

  • Contribute to project goals in a collaborative team setting

Candidate profile

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • High school diploma

  • EU passport or existing local Portuguese work documentation

  • Clean criminal record

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Comfortable working rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays

  • Able to handle sensitive information with integrity

  • Team-oriented and goal-driven

Employer offers

  • Portuguese employment contract

  • Competitive salary of 1558.00 with housing included

  • Fully equipped and furnished accommodation for at least 14 months

  • All utility costs covered (water gas electricity cable TV internet within reasonable use limits)

  • 40-hour work week with 8-hour shifts and additional lunch break Monday to Sunday (including holidays)

  • Holiday and Christmas bonuses

  • Vacation allowance up to 22 days annually
