Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and Lead the deal evaluation workstreams of potential investment opportunities across various sectors through financial modeling market research and industry analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess investment opportunities and performance.
- Prepare high-quality investment memoranda and presentations for investment committee meetings articulating key insights and recommendations.
- Lead and coordinate the due diligence process ensuring comprehensive evaluation of financial operational and strategic aspects of target companies.
- Collaborate with senior team members to monitor existing portfolio companies tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and value creation initiatives.
- Develop recommendations and action plans based on comprehensive financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts sponsors and co-investors leveraging these connections to facilitate deal flow.
- Support capital raising efforts and manage various investor relations requests.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
- 8 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance
- Strong financial modeling experience
- Strong proficiency in the use of MS Office tools - Excel PowerPoint
- Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- High degree of integrity and personal and professional ethics
- Desire to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization
