Job Description
Location: Lisbon
Role: Italian speaking Content Moderator
Salary: salary package 1166 euro gross p/m (this does include monthly Christmas and and holiday bonus) plus 380 euro gross performance based bonus plus around 150 net food voucher p/m
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday - Sunday
Relocation Package: flight reimbursement of up to 400 EUR plus subsidised accomodation available (Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included - discounted directly from the payslip)

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - serving more than 2000 clients across all major sectors. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful city in Porto they are looking to recruit Italian speaking Content Moderators.
The Role
As a Content Moderator for a social media video streaming platform you will review and analyse video content You will be tasked to identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner. Attention to detail is important in this job.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and good command of English
- Ability to have high attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or content moderation desired but not a must
- Ability to multi-task
