Our client strives to be a boutique NDIS provider by ensuring services are best practice and by employing the best allied health practitioners doing so this ensures the best possible outcomes are achieved with serviced clients. Our client strongly invests in professional development to ensure an exceptional standard of care is maintained with its practitioners.

About the Role:

As a result of the significant growth experienced within the organisation our client requires a clinical lead to mentor and support a team of enthusiastic allied health practitioners. You will manage a small caseload of your own catered to your preference. You will use your experience to develop the clinical skills of your team and share your knowledge to support their development. You will help therapists deliver a high standard of care and empower them to deliver their best work.

Summary ofDuties:

  • Manage your own small caseload providing evidence-based therapy services to clients across a range of settings telehealth and community.
  • Lead and mentor a group of less experienced allied health practitioners to support their growth and development
  • Ensure a high standard of care is maintained across your team through clinical leadership.
  • Support the growth of the organisation by helping to make an even bigger difference in NDIS participants lives.

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification inOccupational Therapy / Speech Pathology / Psychology
  • AHPRA Registration or SPA Membership
  • National police check WWCC and a drivers license isessential
  • Minimum of 3 years of NDIS experience.
