What you will be doing:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join the Trent Fleet and Mature Engines Value Stream as a Services Cost Officer.
This is a secondment role which is expected to end 31st December 2025.
As the Cost Policy Officer Trent 1000/7000 you will work on defining a robust cost strategy roadmap and policies baseline cost assumptions for both existing and future business as well as evaluating the business impact of cost reduction proposals. These underpin the profitability of the Trent 1000/7000 so have a direct impact on our business performance.
With over 600 aircraft in service and a growing orderbook of aircraft the Trent 1000/7000 Value Stream covers the full breadth of activity of those engines in service and provides a unique opportunity to develop business breadth across the lifecycle of an engine.

In this role you will play a key role within our integrated cross-functional team. Our Value Streams have a critical and wide accountability within our Civil Aerospace business and routinely collaborate with colleagues from all around the world in addition you will:
