Job Description

- Local contract - no freelance contract neither expatriation ;
- Fluent in English & Russian AZE (written and spoken) ;
- Speaking French is a serious advantage ;
- 2 years experience required ;

CAPAGO is a French provider of outsourcing services for European governments and their diplomatic missions responsible for financing and managing visa application centres to process their Schengen visa applications.
We currently operate in 9 countries and welcome more than 500000 visa applicants yearly.
As part of our development we are looking to strengthen our Operations department and are looking for an experienced Visa Application Officer who is looking for new challenges within a dynamic and human-focused company.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Welcoming all visa applicants in the operated visa application center ;
- Process the visa application of the applicants (front office) ;
- Collect payments from the applicants (payment counter) ;
- Manage the biometric collection of visa applicants (biometry) ;
- Manage all back office tasks to finalize the visa application of our applicants (back office) ;
- Manage all other tasks given by the management.
SKILLS
- English and Russian (AZE) - mandatory ;
- French is a serious advantage ;
- Excellent customer service skills ;
- Excellent typing skills ;
- Proficiency in MS Office ;
- Good with emails problem-solving and effective decision-making ;
- Ability to handle pressure ;
- Energetic proactive versatile committed to teamwork and team spirit.
DIPLOMA AND EXPERIENCE
- Matric or equivalent ;
- Tertiary qualification is an added advantage ;
- Previous customer service experience as a Customer Service Consultant (2 years maximum).
