Are you passionate about turning data into decisions that drive real impact Join us as a Global Demand & Inventory Planning Manager and help optimize our supply chain across regions and product portfolios. Youll work with cross-functional teams to align forecasts improve inventory health and support smarter planning.

What Youll Do
Analyze and improve statistical forecasting to enhance demand planning accuracy
Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support planning and inventory decisions
Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead monthly global and regional demand review meetings
Provide training and support to regional planners
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting tools and processes
Set and manage global inventory targets and policies
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance supply chain performance
What You Bring
10 years in demand planning forecasting or supply chain analytics
Strong knowledge of inventory management and forecasting tools (e.g. SAP IBP Anaplan)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
Strategic mindset with hands-on analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment
