Job Description
Warehouse Manager - $80000 to $85000
We re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our clients operations team of 30 employees through a group of Supervisors and Lead this role you ll be accountable for warehouse performance safety and customer service while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
What You ll Do:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations productivity and scheduling.
- Maintain a safe clean and organized environment.
- Motivate and coach employees creating a positive team culture.
- Manage warehouse layout yard flow and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to deliver exceptional service.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of progressive warehouse/logistics management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage P&L KPIs and resource planning.
- Post-secondary education in operations management (minimum 2 years).
- Forklift certification and TDG knowledge preferred.
