About the job:
- To provide assessment for the buildings mechanical and electrical systems operate efficiently and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- To work with the team and appointed term contractors to ensure that M&E systems are properly integrated during the replacement and upgrading process.
- To prepare technical specifications/report for mechanical and electrical systems and component
- To assess and assist in selecting the appropriate systems equipment and materials based on performance requirements budget and local regulations.
- To recommend and implement system upgrades or modifications as needed to improve performance or me operation requirements
About You:
- Degree / Diploma in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance
- 4 to 5 years relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenance
- Knowledge in M&E related building works and facilities management
- Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
