Manager EMBA Admissions (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 532951) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelors degree with at least 3 years work experience preferably in student admissions relationship management or related fields. They should possess maturity attention to detail self-motivation and a results-driven attitude; demonstrate excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) along with exceptional organisational communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally they should exhibit a strong sense of ownership the capability to multitask effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Proactive applicants exhibiting driven engagement with entrepreneurs and senior executives will be highly valued while prior experience in EMBA DBA or executive education programme admissions/marketing functions will also be an advantage.
The appointees primary role is to handle admissions work of the Facultys EMBA programme. He/She will manage the end-to-end candidate recruitment and admissions process including application review and processing interview coordination and database management while ensuring a professional and engaging experience for applicants. Responsibilities also include preparing regular admissions data reports and performing other assigned addition the appointee will support admissions and alumni events to enhance recruitment efforts and cultivate business relationships with external partners to identify promotional opportunities for the programme. He/She will work at the Facultys Cyberport campus and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
