JOB PURPOSE:
Provide commercial leadership to propel enterprise innovation projects
Advise innovation campaigns to support continuous generation of ideas from employees
Co-lead innovation ideas selection with PMO (CD&BT)
Coach innovation talent and guide innovation projects
PROFILE:
Solid sales & marketing experience with exceptional leadership strong business acumen and effective execution
Experience in both sales and marketing a MUST
At least 5 years tenure in sales/marketing manager position
Learning agility: demonstrated track record of performance in different roles
Strong communication skills cross-department collaboration and influence
