Global Compensation and Innovation Specialist

As a Global Compensation and Innovation Specialist you will be supporting a diverse set of global compensation projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague that challenges the status quo and has an innovative this role you are encouraged to challenge yourself and the whole Total Rewards team to find and implement innovative solutions with a strong focus on AI.

We operate within a highly demanding environment influenced by a refreshed business and people strategy as well as by the dynamics of reward regulations as applicable to the financial service industry. Day to day:

  • Youll be supporting various global reward projects.

  • Youll play a key role in the successful design and/or implementation of overall reward strategy

  • Youll develop and review of global compensation and reward policy documents instructions and tools in line with the Reward strategy.

  • Youll be the primary point of contact for total rewards related topics for Group Functions and the LATAM region.

  • Youll write present and defend compensation and reward proposals for decision makers and stakeholders

  • You act as a coach for other HR colleagues relating to reward related topics

  • Youll prepare coordinate manage and execute analysis on benchmark data reports including scenarios and costs.

  • Contribute or own the annual merit and bonus cycle which is entirely new as we are currently configuring our brand new HRIS (Oracle). Depending on when you join you can contribute to the configuration too.

  • Youll assist with various on cycle/off cycle processes.

  • Youll produce data analytics reports as may be necessary to support our auditing and compliance requirements

Essentials:

  • Masters degree or similar in HR tax legal or a similar relevant area
  • 6-8 years of experience in total rewards including senior management compensation
  • A benefit is if you have experience in a regulated financial services and with an understanding of the Dutch and European regulatory landscape within Banking or Financial Institutions this is not a requirement.
  • Able to translate complexity into easily understandable information analytical in nature with excellent attention to detail without losing the broader picture
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills a sparring partner that thinks in solutions
  • You are reliable and accurate
  • A culturally sensitive and globally minded team player who is fluent in English (other languages and specifically Portuguese are a benefit)
  • Highly fluent in Excel experience in PowerBi and PowerAutomate is a plus!
