Job Description

Job Title:Probate Paralegal
Location:Remote (LATAM Preferred)
Compensation:$1800 - 2500

About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedParalegalto join our legal team. This role involves managing probate cases from start to finish supporting attorneys in drafting legal documents and ensuring smooth case progression. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of California probate laws and procedures and thrives in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle probate cases including drafting and filing petitions motions and other legal documents.
  • Manage deadlines correspondence and filings related to probate matters.
  • Conduct legal research on California probate laws and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys clients and court personnel.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with court requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience:3 years as a paralegal specializing inCalifornia probate work.
  • Knowledge:In-depth understanding of California probate procedures and requirements.
  • Skills:Proficiency in legal research case management tools and document drafting.
  • Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Organization:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Independence:Ability to work remotely and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
