$63000 - $67000The pay range provided is not indicative of Syscos actual pay range but is merely algorithmic and provided for generalized comparison. Factors that may be used to determine rate of pay include specific skills work location work experience and other individualized factors
Education
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Must be properly trained and licensed in the operation of powered industrial equipment as appropriate
Preferred Experience
- 3 to 5 years of inventory control management and supervisory experience required
- High School Diploma or GED plus 4 years of relatable experience
- Excellent verbal and analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- SAP experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Plans schedules and assigns workloads for team. Coordinates workflow and procedures to maximize service
- Monitors departmental work productivity and recommends and implements changes to improve work productivity
- Cross-train staff to maximize productivity and provide coverage in all functions
- Coordinate and monitor daily cycle counts and virtual locations.
- Review and research backorder/short pick confirmed the report.
- Identify and communicate to management all associate errors in regards to mis-picks replenishments and put away
- Ensure completion of monthly c-order aisle audit and empty bin check
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of vendor returns
- Ensure flagged item inspections are completed and communicated to PIC in a timely manner
- Complete returns reconciliation for local and LLH returns
