JOB TITLE: Sales Manager
JOB LOCATION:Lagos Mainland Lagos

JOB DETAILS:
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in logistics to drive sales growth and develop strategic client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the logistics or supply chain industry excellent negotiation skills and the ability to lead a team effectively and active clientelle database.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base within the logistics sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
- Lead and mentor the sales team providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with other departments such as operations and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts with clients ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Monitor customer feedback and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the companys services.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Logistics or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management specifically within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
Salary
N300000 N400000 / Month.
